Laugh a little…or a lot!

Did you know that children laugh about 350 times a day whereas adults laugh only 15 times a day? Why is that? Laughter and humor have endless benefits including increasing happiness, boosting your energy, decreasing stress, strengthening your immune system, helping you relax and changing your perspective. 

What can you do to add more laughter to your life? What would your day be like if you approached everything that happened with humor?
